Wils is an ode to the primal power of every kitchen: fire. In the heart of the restaurant, chef Joris Bijdendijk prepares refined dishes on an open fire together with Friso van Amerongen, an experience that brings guests closer to the origins of cooking. For special occasions, Wils offers a semi-private space and exclusive private dining. This unique space also functions as a test kitchen, where live cooking adds an extra dimension to your event.
